For the biannual Visiting Artist Program lectures at the Fashion Insititute of Technology, posters are created which channel the style of the guest speaker. While at the Piscatello Design Centre, I experimented with typography for the Fall 2010 lecturer, David Carson.

Typography was set in Illustrator and experimented with using techniques completely off the computer.

Under the art direction of Rocco Piscatello, the typography was used in the final poster design exhibited below.

This Carson poster won a TDC57 award for typography in January 2011.
